Furthermore, we were able to configure IVR, voicemail and number presentation from an intuitive cloud portal. We subscribed to this service, pointed our Inbound service at this new service and with minimal cost and configuration we were able to fulfill our mobility / WFH requirements with a fully functioning system again.”
